Venue Spotlight: The Elan: NJ's Newest Catering Hall

On Thursday, March 24, 2011, The Elan hosted their Grand Opening. The Elan is located in Lodi, New Jersey. The food was great! The staff was awesome. Overall it is a beautiful venue to host your special event. Our favorite room in the entire facility was the where ceremonies are held.

The candle lighting was a romantic setting in The Elan's Grand Ballroom.

This room used for ceremonies was decorated by Petals Premier. This room was our favorite. We even had the opportunity to dim the lights which made the room look so romantic. 

Flameless LED Candles were used in the canopy. 

These pictures were taken in the Alessandra Room. The tabletop setting were courtesy of Smith Party Rentals.

The sweets were delicious! 

The Elan is currently revamping their website. They should have new photos of their venue in two weeks.
